What is LVT?
Luxury vinyl tile is a manufactured vinyl floor with wood or stone effect designs. It offers a hard flooring finish for suitable living spaces; the particular product determines water resistance, installation method and care.
LVT supply and fitting, with a carefully prepared base.
TP Carpets supplies and fits flooring across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and nearby North Staffordshire communities. Compare options at home and discuss measuring, preparation and fitting before agreeing your quotation.
Preparation before pattern
The base must suit the selected product. We assess levels and condition, explain any smoothing required, and plan the layout before fitting.
Details that join the room
Edges, transitions and the direction of the pattern affect the finished look. Bring room photos and discuss the use of the space at your measuring visit.

Your questions, answered.
Is LVT the same as sheet vinyl?
No. LVT is supplied as individual tiles or planks. Sheet vinyl comes in rolls. Installation and preparation requirements differ, so compare the two for your room.
Can LVT go over an uneven floor?
An uneven base may need correction first. The selected product has preparation requirements that should be checked before installation.
